This morning, obviously full of holiday spirit, Nokia saw fit to release new firmware updates for two of its older phones, the Nokia N95 and the Nokia N82! There isn’t an official changelog as of yet, though I would imagine you’ll find several new Ovi services preinstalled, if other new firmware updates are anything to go on.
The Nokia N95 firmware is apparently available for at least one product code of every model, including the venerable Nokia N95-3! The update, v35, is obviously only available through Nokia’s Software Update application. The N82 firmware update is also v35 and hopefully updates the camera application a bit, as well.
Keep in mind that neither the Nokia N82 nor the N95 have UDP (User Data Preservation) and thus will be reset when you update the firmware. Make sure you backup any critical information before you apply the new firmware update.
If you update your firmware and notice any differences, please leave them in the comments here. Also, if you are able to get the update, make sure to let us know which product code you used.

Update: Thanks for everyone who chimed in to correct me – the N82 does indeed have UDP. Post corrected.
