One of the most powerful calendar applications for your Symbian-powered phone, SBSH Calendar, has been updated to v1.5 with a number of cool improvements. You may remember a while back, SBSH Calendar was called Papyrus, and most of you guys and gals are already using it. This new version should run significantly faster, since the team has rewritten the entire database engine from the ground up.
The new version also offers enhanced support for recurring events and a new set of view filters, so you can easily limit what’s shown by a number of factors. They’ve also added a number of new settings, letting you customize how SBSH Calendar looks, feels, and works to the way you want it to.
SBSH Calendar is available for all S60v3 Symbian-powered devices in the Symbian-Guru App Store for $19.95 (there’s also a free trial available) and is a free upgrade to all currently registered users. S60v5 users, don’t worry – the SBSH team is working feverishly to support your devices, with an estimate of March 2010.
Also, we have 5 free licenses to give away! To enter, just leave a comment below and let us know what features you would like to see added to SBSH Calendar in the future. You can only enter once, so make it count. At 7PM CST (GMT -6) tomorrow (Tuesday), we’ll pick the winners.
