    If you look at the terms and conditions to sign up for the free membership, you will see teh following:

    (b) consent to receive from the Supplier via SMS messaging a maximum of 2 Retail Offers in the 12 hour period prior to the scheduled departure of your Flight;

    They are going to spam you with texts. May not be a big deal for some people, but those that are using pay per text, this could become costly.

    Very interesting. I've signed up and I look forward to trying it out. I would like the site to offer calendar integration for example with Google Calendar (at least so the events appear on my Google Calendar) otherwise I doubt I'd seriously use it requiring double entry – I need my flight reminders etc. to be always on i.e. in my S60 calendar which is sync'd with my Google Calendar. I wouldn't mind copying the event over to Google Calendar – that's just 3 clicks.

    I've tested StreamThru with 3 flights so far (albeit I haven't actually traveled), but I never received any spam text (from them or partners or anyone else). I only received the sms saying my trip is on time and I should check StreamThru for events to do in my city of arrival. Maybe I'm a special case, or maybe they haven't switched the spam ads on, but so far, I don't see them.

    This is sounds like bad news to me…
    5.2 If the Supplier is prevented or delayed from meeting its obligations under these Terms by any of your acts or omissions, the Supplier shall not be liable for any costs, charges or losses incurred by you arising directly or indirectly from such prevention or delay.

    What costs, charges or losses might they be refering to here?

    That sounds like they're saying that if you accidentally leave your phone in 'Offline' mode and miss your flight, you can't try to make them pay for the ticket if you have to buy a new ticket.
